As your certified birth doula, I provide constant support throughout your entire pregnancy & labor. In addition, I offer guidance so that you can make informed decisions, while wholeheartedly supporting all of your birth choices.
Postpartum Doula Support
As your certified postpartum doula, it is my goal to empower you as parents in your journey with your new baby. Together, we will navigate all that encompasses the fourth trimester. In addition, we will set up routines so that you find success and reduce overwhelm. Best of all, I will make sure you are well-rested during our visits. I can show proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon request.
Virtual Lactation Support
Not local to Orange County? I also offer virtual lactation support to new and expecting parents via personalized 1-on-1 Zoom or FaceTime sessions.
Your session(s) include support with breast feeding, bottle-feeding, nursing strikes, gas and reflux advice, weaning tips, and more!
