Hello! Meet Your Orange County Doula!
My name is Julie Garin, CLC, CD(DTI), and I provide birth and postpartum doula support and lactation services to new families in sunny Orange County, California. Since beginning doula work in 2019, I have supported over 100 families in labor and 70 families during postpartum.
I am a certified doula through Doula Trainings International, a certified lactation counselor (CLC), and a USC graduate, but my most invaluable education has been becoming a mother!
Doulas provide gentle, evidence-based support and education so that you feel confident and secure in your birth experience. And as your birth doula, I will be that sense of calm for you and your cheerleader. I will hold space for you and your partner throughout your labor, delivery, and postpartum experience.
As your postpartum doula, I will help you navigate all that encompasses the fourth trimester. Whether you need support troubleshooting breast or bottle feeding issues, running errands, completing chores, or simply holding your baby so you can nap, I am here for you!
I also offer virtual birth and postpartum doula services for families from any location in the United States!
