I'm also a mom too! I know how overwhelmed I felt about bringing a newborn home, recovering from birth, and trying to breastfeed.  

Since the birth of my son, I've helped over 70 families thrive during the early postpartum period. 

I want you to feel empowered during your fourth trimester and beyond.

My support includes

  • creating a routine that helps you and your new baby thrive
  • education on baby care and developmental milestones
  • supporting you with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding
  • troubleshooting sleep disruptions 
  • resource gathering for any newborn or postpartum care questions
  • non-judgmental support
  • preparing quick & easy nourishing snacks
  • light home support (washing bottles and pump parts, dishes, laundry)
  • access to my lending library of books and baby carriers 
  • access to my community resource list, including Breastfeed OC, Ahma & Co, and The Mommy Center

Packages

Investment

All packages include 4-hour daytime visits or 8-hour overnight visits* and:​

  • Resources, referrals, and information
  • Unlimited support via text, call, & email throughout the package
  • Access to lending library baby wearing carriers (Solly Wrap, Baby Bjorn, & Wildbird Sling), yoga ball, books, and more
  • Packages are customizable to your needs! Additional hours can be added to any package for an hourly rate.

Birth + Postpartum (subject to availability) 

  • 2 prenatal visits + 1 virtual check-in
  • In-person support during your labor and birth
  • 2 daytime 4-hour postpartum visits that may be used over a period of 8 weeks

Overnight Postpartum Visits

  • 10 visits (each visit is 8 hours long)
  • must be used over a period of 4 weeks

The Fine Print

  • Each daytime shift is 4 hours long.
  • Each overnight shift is 8 hours long.
  • Once a package has been purchased, additional shifts can be purchased a la carte for an additional fee.
  • Visits must be used within the time frame of the package you choose.
  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is due when you sign your contract. The remaining balance is due at 38 weeks gestation. Alternative payment plans are available.
  • Payments include cash, check, e-transfer, or credit card.
